First, I easily ordered on line from a delightful array of arrangements., however left out an important item on the greeting card. A phone call the next day was greeted with a very pleasant "Sure, we can correct the mistake!"...which impressed me no end! And then the delivery was made in a timely manner, which pleased me even more! Another great experience with Callas!
