I put in for a custom order with specific flower requests. When they did not have the exact flowers I requested they called me to ask what I would like as a substitute, which I greatly appreciated as this was a special arrangement for my mother in law. I also requested photos which were sent to me. The arrangement was beautiful and exceeded my expectations!
